This policy explains how Vice City Shorts ("we", "us") handles information in connection with our website (vicecityshorts.com) and our internal publishing software (the "Application"). The Application is used only by Vice City Shorts to publish videos to channels and accounts we own.
The Application uses YouTube API Services to upload and manage videos on our own YouTube channel and to read basic statistics (such as view counts) for those videos. By using YouTube features through the Application, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Tokens and statistics are stored on access-controlled cloud infrastructure. We do not sell, rent or share personal information with third parties, except service providers that operate our infrastructure (such as hosting and posting tools) on our behalf, or where required by law.
We keep video statistics for as long as the related video is published. OAuth tokens are deleted when we disconnect an account. You can ask us to delete any information relating to you by emailing contact@vicecityshorts.com; we will respond within 30 days.
Any Google account connected to the Application can revoke its access at any time through the Google security settings page.
Our website and Application are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We may update this policy and will change the "Last updated" date when we do.
