The Application uses YouTube API Services. By using YouTube features through the Application, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
We publish short highlight clips of Grand Theft Auto VI livestreams on our own social media accounts. The Application is operated solely by Vice City Shorts and is not offered as a service to the public.
Game footage and streamer content belong to their respective owners. We clip only creators whose content we are permitted to use. Vice City Shorts is an independent fan channel and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Grand Theft Auto and related marks are trademarks of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc.
If you believe a clip infringes your rights or you want it removed, email contact@vicecityshorts.com with a link to the post and a short explanation. We will review and respond promptly.
You may not attempt to disrupt, scrape or gain unauthorised access to this website or the Application.
This website and our clips are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of them. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
